To report an outage, please contact the Riviera Utilities office in your area. For the Foley area call 943-5001. For the Daphne area call 626-5000.
In the near future, Riviera Utilities will be utilizing the new Porche Outage Reporting System equipment. This equipment will use caller ID as a key to your location when you report your outage. Please make sure that we have your current phone numbers. The system will hold up to three numbers.....your home, cell and spouses cell if available.
