BILLING CYCLE
Utility statements are rendered on a monthly billing cycle. If you do not receive your utility statement, please contact Riviera Utilities office promptly.

PAYMENT DUE DATES
Payment is due when rendered and shall be paid by the due date printed on the front of this statement.

LATE PAYMENT CHARGES
Any account not paid on or before the due date on the front of this statement will be assessed a late charge. Payments received after 2:00 p.m. will be credited to your account on the following Riviera Utilities business day.

PAYMENT DROP BOX
Payment by check/money order may be placed in the utilities drop box at 413 East Laurel Avenue, Foley or 700 Whispering Pines Road, Daphne. Payments placed in the drop box are credited to your account the following business day.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
You may pay your utility bill by cash, check, money order, bank draft or credit/debit card. Credit/debit card payments may be made in person at your local office, by phone or on-line at www.rivierautilities.com. Contact a customer relations representative for more information on payment options.

NON-PAY COLLECTION FEE - SERVICE DISCONNECTION
If your statement indicates that you have a balance forward, your account is past due and subject to disconnection without further notice.

Services may be disconnected for reason of non-payment of utility billings. If services are disconnected, additional charges will be applied to your account. To have services restored, the outstanding balance on your account plus all additional charges must be paid in full.

ACCOUNT FINALS OR SERVICE TRANSFERS
If you are moving, remember, you are responsible for all account charges until you notify Riviera Utilities to close your account. Please have your utility account number ready when requesting a service change. To have services reconnected, additional charges may apply.

CHANGE OF MAILING ADDRESS
Contact your local office or use the back of this statement to change your address or telephone number(s) when sending in a payment.

AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY
The after hours emergency numbers are 943-5001 in Foley and 626-5000 in Daphne. There is no charge for these calls except problems that are customer equipment failure related (i.e.: tripped breakers). Service fees may apply.
